Development Project

A turnkey project has been performed to construct 63 apartments with 315 beds for student accommodation at 57 Bok Street. The key objective is to provide students with a modern, secure, and comfortable residential experience. The Ikhaya Future House System (IFHS) was utilized to convert initial designs from brick walls to wall panels, a method that minimizes the building's weight and increases interior space. This flagship development is designed to provide modern, comfortable, and secure living spaces for students, with easy access to major universities and colleges in the area.

The building features a range of room types to suit different preferences and budgets, from single rooms to shared apartments. All units are fully furnished and equipped with high-speed internet, ensuring students have everything they need for successful academic pursuits.
